Return/Exchange Policy Manos de Madres greatly appreciates your support of our women’s income generation projects and the beautiful products that the women create. Please keep in mind that our products are made lovingly by hand, often from recycled, post-consumer or re-purposed materials. Each one is a unique expression of the woman that made it and, as such, has individual characteristics. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the receipt of goods. Please email or phone us for a return authorization number; we will not be able to accept returns without one. For your own protection, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions/comments. All return shipping charges must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is defective or due to a shipping error on our part.
